数据来自1个定点监测站,6个上升流调查断面站,12个近岸调查站,监测海洋水文、气象、化学、生态要素,包含气温、相对湿度、气压、风向、风速、光合有效辐射、流速、流向、水温、盐度、电导率、pH、BOD、混浊度、悬浮物浓度、氨氮、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、磷酸盐、硅酸盐、总氮、总磷、水色、透明度、溶解氧、水体浮游细菌、浮游植物、浮游动物、叶绿素、初级生产力、群落代谢速率与代谢平衡、大型海藻场、海草床、红树林湿地生物多样性、生物量等
Data were collected from 1 fixed monitoring station, 6 cross-section stations for upwelling surveys, and 12 inshore survey stations. The dataset encompasses marine hydrological, meteorological, chemical, and ecological variables, including air temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind direction, wind speed, photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), current velocity, current direction, water temperature, salinity, electrical conductivity, pH, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), turbidity, suspended matter concentration, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate, silicate, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, water color, transparency, dissolved oxygen, aquatic pelagic bacteria, phytoplankton, zooplankton, chlorophyll, primary productivity, community metabolic rate and metabolic balance, macroalgal beds, seagrass beds, mangrove wetland biodiversity, and biomass.
