糖尿病视网膜病变病例数据库

对糖尿病病程大于5年的患者进行眼底检查，收集增殖期视网膜病变病例（PDR）和无明显视网膜病变病例（NDR）。增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变定义为出现1种或多种改变，包括新生血管形成、玻璃体积血或视网膜前出血。数据资料包括入组患者登记临床信息及体格检查：身高、体重、年龄、性别、糖尿病病程、吸烟、血压、体重指数等。同时录入患者血液和尿液生化检测结果。Funduscopy was performed on patients with a diabetes duration of more than 5 years, and cases of proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) and non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NDR, defined as no obvious diabetic retinopathy) were collected. Proliferative diabetic retinopathy is defined as the presence of one or more of the following alterations: neovascularization, vitreous hemorrhage, or preretinal hemorrhage. The dataset includes registered clinical information and physical examination data of enrolled patients: height, weight, age, gender, duration of diabetes, smoking status, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), etc. Biochemical test results of the patients' blood and urine were also recorded.
