The table is the raw (non-rarified) fungal OTU (operational taxonomic unit) abundances table generated from leaves, roots and soil of 40 individual plants by sequencing the Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS)1 region. Fungal endophyte response variables will be abundance, diversity & spp. composition in roots, leaves and soil using culture-independent sequencing for taxonomy; and high throughput sequencing for community analyses. Environmental parameters including PAH, conductivity, etc measured from individual plant as well as site/location from where the plant samples were taken and individual plant GPS coordinates are included in the metadata table. Each OTU represent a unique sequence. Taxa assignment of OTUs using BLAST alignment against UNITE reference database v7.2 can be found on the second worksheet of the excel file. Raw Illumina ITS sequences were submitted in NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) under the BioProjectID PRJNA475039. 本表格为未经稀疏化处理的原始真菌操作分类单元(operational taxonomic unit, OTU)丰度表,基于40株单株植物的叶片、根系及土壤样本,通过对内转录间隔区1(Internal Transcribed Spacer 1, ITS1)区域进行测序构建所得。本数据集将采用非培养依赖测序(culture-independent sequencing)进行物种分类,以高通量测序(high throughput sequencing)开展群落分析,以此获取真菌内生菌在根系、叶片及土壤中的丰度、多样性与物种组成作为响应变量。元数据表中收录了各单株植物的环境参数(包括多环芳烃(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, PAH)含量、电导率等)、样本采集点位信息,以及各单株植物的GPS坐标。每个OTU代表一条独特的序列。针对OTU的物种分类注释可通过BLAST(Basic Local Alignment Search Tool)比对UNITE参考数据库v7.2获得,相关信息存储于该Excel文件的第二个工作表中。原始Illumina(Illumina)平台测序得到的ITS序列已提交至美国国家生物技术信息中心(National Center for Biotechnology Information, NCBI)的序列读取档案(Sequence Read Archive, SRA),对应的生物项目编号为PRJNA475039。本数据集支持以下已发表论文:Lumibao, Candice Y.、Stephen Formel、Vijaikrishnah Elango、John H.
