Additional file 5. Outlier SNPs showing clear peaks of xpEHH (p<0.05) using the Benjamani & Hochberg method for FDR correction. Positive values in the xpEHH column indicate selection in the pleometrotic population, while negative values indicate selection in the haplometrotic population. SNPs within 100 kb of each other were grouped in the same cluster (32 clusters indicated by the cluster column).

补充文件5。本文件收录经本雅明尼-霍赫伯格（Benjamini & Hochberg）法进行错误发现率（False Discovery Rate, FDR）校正后，呈现出显著交叉扩展单倍型纯合度（cross-extended haplotype homozygosity, xpEHH）峰（p<0.05）的异常单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）。xpEHH列的正值代表该位点在多后制种群中受到选择，负值则代表该位点在单后制种群中受到选择。彼此间距在100kb以内的SNP被归为同一簇，簇列共标注了32个簇。
