Effect of mesenchymal stem cells on gene expression of fibroblasts when they were co-cultured

Our research and previous reports showed that fibroblasts could inhibit osteoblast differentiation of Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Thus, RNA-seq was carried to analyze the transcriptome differences among fibroblasts cultured alone and fibroblasts co-cultured with MSCs to find detailed mechanisms about how fibroblasts had functions on MSCs. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of fibroblasts cultured alone or co-cultured with MSCs. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for mouse embryonic fibroblast cells cultured alone and co-cultured with mouse mesenchymal stem cells.
