Analysis charts of DNA and RNA quality in the traditional treatment group and the ultrasonic rapid treatment group

The results from the 2100 Bioanalyzer showed that the DNA fragments extracted from both the experimental group and the control group were relatively large, with distinct main peaks. The positions of these main peaks were all greater than 5000 bp (A~D), indicating that the integrity of the DNA fragments was well preserved.
