Survey on housing resilience in Greater New Orleans from 2008 to 2018

This dataset contains a survey on housing resilience in greater New Orleans from 2008 to 2018. The dataset contains both the survey instrument and survey analysis codebook. The study relies on a one-of-a-kind regionally representative survey of homebuyers within a decade span (2008–2018) after the flurry of planning, infrastructure investment, and property law change in the years immediately after Hurricane Katrina. The data file includes every variable based on the original 70-question survey instrument for the Housing Resilience in Greater New Orleans Homeowner Survey, as well as constructed variables used in analysis for the final report.
