This dataset contains high-fidelity Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation data for two-dimensional flow past a single circular cylinder, generated using STAR-CCM+. The dataset is designed as a canonical benchmark to support machine learning (ML) research ranging from MLP, CNN to advanced surrogate modelling and flow field reconstruction without requiring access to experimental or additional simulation data.Each file corresponds to a single time snapshot of the full flow field, sampled on a 128 × 128 structured grid (16,384 nodes per snapshot).
