Status of the Proposed, Recognized, and Confirmed Proof of the Riemann Hypothesis as of 25 November 2025

The document is prepared in two international languages (English and Russian) and records the systemic suppression of the proof of the Riemann Hypothesis by the management of the international repository SSRN (Elsevier RELX). Despite the fact that since April 22, 2025, the proof has held the scientific legal status of “proposed, recognized, and confirmed until refuted in court” and has been published with active DOIs in seven electronic journals, in parallel there has been the consistent removal of related materials, refusal to display licenses, and formal replies instead of scientific expertise. Such practice contradicts the principles of open science and international legal norms, creating a precedent of administrative suppression of a fundamental mathematical discovery of global significance.
