The strain HN897 was isolated from the coastal area of South China and identified by 16S RNA. It belongs to Vibrio.astriarenae.The whole genome sequencing was performed by a commercial vendor (Personalbio, Shanghai, China) by using Illumina MiSeq and PacBio RS II platform . Finally, collinear analysis was operated on different assembling results by mummer v3 to determine the position of contigs and fill the blanks between contigs and gaps. The final result of complete sequence was obtained by pilon v1.18.
