Effect of depletion of YTH family genes on gene expression in Nipponbera rices

To investigate the function YTH proteins in the regulation of gene expression, we established 12 transgenic lines in which each target gene has been knocked out by CRISPR/Cas9 or knocked down by siRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 45 different transgenic lines. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for two wild type controls, 10 CRISPR mediated knockout mutants, 2 siRNA mediated knockdown mutants and 1 overexpression plants with three biological replicates for each samples.
