Dataset from "Diet and feeding pattern modulate diurnal dynamics of the ileal microbiome and transcriptome"

This dataset contains code and processed data used to perform analysis and generate figures for our submitted manuscript "Diet, feeding pattern and host genetics modulate diurnal dynamics of the ileal microbiome and transcriptome" . It is organized as follows:
- rnaseq: contains RNA-seq processed data, code and results tables from analysis pipeline.
- microbiome: contains processed microbiome data for our original ileum data, as well as cecum data from Zarrinpar et al, 2014; code used for analysis; results tables.
- mmvec_circadian-host: contains data and code used for multi-omics analysis.
- other: contains data and code for bile acids (targeted metabolomics), cholesterol, aGLP1 (active GLP-1) and mice measurements (weight and blood glucose).
