Set of genes differentially expressed a nominal p<0.05 (FDR > 0.05, Benjamini-Hocherg control for false discovery rate)

A set of genes that were putatively differentially expressed in post mortem human hippocampal tissue (comparing n=15 cases and n=15 controls from the Stanley Neuropathology Consortium). RNAseq reads were aligned to reference index using kallisto (https://pachterlab.github.io/kallisto/about) and analysed for differential expression (https://pachterlab.github.io/sleuth/about). No transcripts were differentially expressed after Benjamini-Hochberg control for false discovery rate < 5%.

本数据集收录了一组在死后人类海马组织中被推定存在差异表达的基因，其样本来自斯坦利神经病理学联盟（Stanley Neuropathology Consortium）的15例病例组与15例对照组。研究使用kallisto工具（https://pachterlab.github.io/kallisto/about）将RNAseq读段比对至参考索引，并通过sleuth工具（https://pachterlab.github.io/sleuth/about）开展差异表达分析。经本杰明尼-霍赫贝格（Benjamini-Hochberg）错误发现率（false discovery rate, FDR）校正（阈值<5%）后，未检测到显著差异表达的转录本。
