To determine the effect of the fon2 and asp1 mutations on meristem maintenance, we carried out microarray analysis using Rice (US) gene 1.0 ST array. We analyzed gene expression profiles of the inflorescence meristems of WT, fon2-3, asp1-10, and fon2-3 asp1-fe. The inflorescence meristems at the In1~In2 stage including a few bracts were sampled.
