Feeding and growth dataset of Gilthead Seabream (Sparus aurata) fed with local shellfish in diets of juvenile

The data were collected from an experiment carried out on juveniles of Gilthead Seabream (Sparus aurata), reared in a Recirculating Aquaculture System composed of three fish tanks. Gilthead seabream were fed three treatments, one per tank: a control commercial feed (with fishmeal and fish oil) (C), a plant-based feed (P), or P + fresh mussel flesh (M). The dataset presented is composed of: 1. Individual fish growth parameters (live weight, length at fork, Fulton’s condition factor (K)), at stocking (S, May 9th 2019) and harvest (June 24th 2019) for each treatment (C, P and M). 2. Overall fish performances measured in group (batch weight, mean weight). 3. Daily quantities of feed delivered for each treatment.

本数据集源自一项针对金头鲷（Sparus aurata）幼鱼开展的养殖实验，实验依托由3个养殖池组成的循环水产养殖系统（Recirculating Aquaculture System）开展。实验将金头鲷分为三组，分别投喂三种日粮处理：对照组商业配合饲料（含鱼粉与鱼油，记为C组）、纯植物性日粮（记为P组），以及P组日粮添加新鲜贻贝肉（记为M组）。本数据集包含以下三类内容：1. 各处理组（C、P、M）金头鲷的个体生长参数，涵盖放苗（2019年5月9日）与收获（2019年6月24日）两个时间点的活体重、叉长以及富尔顿条件因子（Fulton’s condition factor，K）；2. 以养殖群体为单位测定的整体养殖性能指标，包括批次总重、平均体重；3. 各处理组每日的饲料投喂量。
