黑河流域水系图是图集水文水资源篇中一幅，比例尺1:2500000，正轴等积圆锥投影，标准纬线：北纬 25 47。
数据源：黑河流域河流数据、黑河流域水库分布数据、2009年黑河流域居民点数据、2008年100万黑河流域行政边界数据、黑河流域湖泊数据等基础地理数据。
黑河流域上游属青海海北藏族自治州祁连县和甘肃张掖、酒泉市肃南、肃北等县祁连山北麓部分，中游属甘肃山丹、民乐、甘州、临泽、高台、肃南、苏州、嘉峪关和玉门等市县，下游属甘肃金塔和内蒙古额济纳旗、阿拉善右旗，涉及三省（自治区），16个市、县（区，旗），56个镇、45个乡和4个苏木。表1为黑河流域行政区划的相关信息。

The Comprehensive Eco-Hydrological Atlas of the Heihe River Basin is supported by the Key Project of Integrated Research on Eco-Hydrological Processes in the Heihe River Basin. It aims to organize and provide data services for integrated research on eco-hydrological processes in the Heihe River Basin, and will offer researchers a comprehensive and detailed introduction to the basin along with basic datasets.

The Hydrological Map of the Heihe River Basin is one of the maps in the hydrology and water resources section of the atlas, with a scale of 1:2500000, adopting the normal aspect equal-area conic projection, and its standard parallel is 25°47′N.

Data sources: Basic geospatial data including river data of the Heihe River Basin, reservoir distribution data, settlement data in 2009, administrative boundary data at a scale of 1:1,000,000 in 2008, and lake data of the Heihe River Basin.

The upstream area of the Heihe River Basin covers parts of the northern foothills of the Qilian Mountains in Qilian County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, and counties including Zhangye, Sunan Yugur Autonomous County and Subei Mongol Autonomous County of Jiuquan City, Gansu Province. The midstream area covers cities and counties including Shandan, Minle, Ganzhou, Linze, Gaotai, Sunan, Suzhou, Jiayuguan and Yumen in Gansu Province. The downstream area covers Jinta County in Gansu Province, Ejina Banner and Alxa Right Banner in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The basin involves three provinces (autonomous regions), 16 prefecture-level cities, counties (districts, banners), 56 towns, 45 townships and 4 sums. Table 1 shows relevant information on the administrative divisions of the Heihe River Basin.
