Staphylococcus aureus Raw sequence reads

Clinical isolates of S. aureus belonging to different genetic lineages were studied. Tigecycline resistant mutants were selected and a comparative study of the mutant strains and their respective parental strains was performed. Phenotypic and molecular studies were performed to elucidate the tigecycline resistance mechanism those mutants . This data is part of a pre-publication release.
