This dataset is based on the recorded post-plating surface oil coating detection data of substrates with various specifications and models, covering key parameters including the thickness and width of tin-plated sheets, the distance from the compression arm to the endpoint when the sample forms a single oil film layer as detected by the oil film detector, the actual front and back oil coating amounts calculated via the oil coating formula, and the comparison results against the process standard range, to enable online monitoring of the oil coating effect.
