Dataset for: Towards canine immunotherapy models: Monoclonal antibodies with redox regulated epitopes targeting TIM3 attenuate Galectin-9 binding

This dataset contains the experimental data and supporting materials associated with the study "Towards canine immunotherapy models: Monoclonal antibodies with redox regulated epitopes targeting TIM3 attenuate Galectin-9 binding" . The dataset includes flow cytometry measurements of TIM3 expression in HCT116 cell lines, protocols for transient and stable transfection, plasmid assembly files, and nucleotide sequences of antibody production constructs (TIM3-IgG26, TIM3-IgG29, TIM3-scFcFv11, and TIM3-scFcFv26). These materials support the validation of anti-canine TIM3 antibodies and the characterization of TIM3 expression used in the study.
