Bulk RNA sequencing of skin biopsies from psoriasis patients treated with Dead Sea climatotherapy

This study investigated the cellular and molecular effects of Dead Sea climatotherapy in psoriasis patients who achieved complete remission. Skin punch biopsies from eight patients, who obtained PASI-100 response with climatotherapy, were obtained at baseline, end-of-treatment and relapse. Lesional skin (L) were collected at each visit, whereas non-lesional skin (NL) were only collected at the baseline visit. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on extracted total RNA.
