Data are given as absolute numbers and percentages (in italics). HR-HPV (high risk human papilloma virus), positive for one of the following types: 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59 and 68; LR-HPV (low risk human papilloma virus), positive for one of the following types: 6, 11, 53, 66 and 67; TV: Trichomonas vaginalis. N: total number. NILM: negative for intraepithelial lesions and malignancies, ASCUS: atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance, AGC: atypical glandular cells, LSIL: low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions, ASC-H: atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance, but cannot exclude high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions and HSIL: high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions.
