Gene expression profile at single cell level of mouse submandibular glands (SMG)

SMG contains multiple types of cells with complex paracrine/juxtacrine interactions. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of SMG cells and their paracrine/juxtacrine interactions. SMGs were collected from nontreated adult male C57BL/6 mice and analyzed using scRNAseq.颌下腺（SMG）包含多种细胞类型，且细胞间存在复杂的旁分泌与近分泌相互作用。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序（scRNA-seq）技术，解析了颌下腺细胞的多样性及其旁分泌/近分泌相互作用。实验所用颌下腺取自未经过处理的成年雄性C57BL/6小鼠，并通过scRNA-seq完成测序分析。
