Course of IOP in awake Long Evans rats. The IOP of awake Long Evans rats stays in physiological ranges, and statistical analysis reveals consistent IOP in the control group as well as in fellow and injured eyes of the experimental groups at each time point (p < 0.02). The data shows no spatiotemporal increases of IOP as a considerable effect of multiple intermittent ocular hypertensions (iOHT).
