Adverse Drug Reaction

ADR is one of the most comprehensive and authoritative sources of drug information. The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) partnered with the National Library of Medicine to create a pilot dataset containing standardised information about known adverse reactions for 200 FDA-approved drugs. It present the curation process and the structure of the publicly available database SPL-ADR-200db containing 5,098 distinct ADRs.

药品不良反应（Adverse Drug Reaction）是目前最全面且权威的药品信息来源之一。美国食品药品监督管理局（United States Food and Drug Administration，简称FDA）与美国国家医学图书馆（National Library of Medicine）携手合作，构建了一套试点数据集，收录了200种经FDA获批药物的已知不良反应标准化信息。该数据集详述了公开可用数据库SPL-ADR-200db的整理流程与架构，该库共包含5098个不同的药品不良反应条目。
