25112022_MW_FF automated patch-clamp dataset.

The data used to fit mathematical models of I_Krin our publication entitled "Evaluating the predictive accuracy of ion channel models using data from multiple experimental designs". This item contains both the raw data, and our postprocessed data. The postprocessing performed is: leak current fitting and correction, subtraction of post-dofetilide-addition traces, inference of the reversal potential and quality control.

本数据集用于拟合我们在题为《采用多实验设计数据评估离子通道模型的预测精度》的论文中所涉及的I_Kr（快速延迟整流钾电流）的数学模型。本数据集同时包含原始数据与经后处理的数据，所执行的后处理流程包括：漏电流拟合与校正、多非利特给药后记录轨迹的减法处理、反转电位推算以及质量控制。
