资源简介：
对1081份云南三七（Panax notoginseng）和375份越南三七（Panax vietnamensis）资源材料进行RAD测序，开发多态性分子标记，分析群体结构并对6个重要农艺性状进行全基因组关联分析（GWAS）。
RAD sequencing was performed on 1081 germplasm accessions of Panax notoginseng (native to Yunnan, China) and 375 germplasm accessions of Panax vietnamensis. Polymorphic molecular markers were developed, population structure was analyzed, and genome-wide association studies (GWAS) were conducted for six important agronomic traits.
