本数据集涵盖与图5相关的基因本体（Gene Ontology，GO）“细胞组分（Cellular Component）”大类下全部20个类别的所有基因及其表达谱。针对细胞组分本体范畴内排名前20的富集GO术语（GO term），本数据集为每个GO术语单独分配一个工作表，并逐一列出与之关联的所有基因。此外，数据集还包含基于Swiss-Prot数据库（Swiss-Prot）的BLAST序列比对结果得到的基因注释信息与表达谱。本数据集采用XLSX格式（XLSX），文件大小为2059 kb。
