NRS-18099 | Annual register of fees paid [Hay Court of Petty Sessions]

This volume records the payment of fees to the Clerk of Petty Sessions. For each entry, the date of receipt, the year and no. of the plaint, and who the fee was received from, are recorded. Then the amount paid is entered in the appropriate column:For filing every plaint, issuing summons, and other proceedings to judgement, or for garnishee summons; For issuing every subpoena; For issuing every writ of execution; Bailiff’s notice of execution; For issuing Ca. Sa. summons; For every certificate of judgement; For filing every notice of appeal; For issuing every instalment form; For filing every notice of defence, special defence, or plea; For filing every confession; For swearing every affidavit and marking exhibits; For every appointment to tax; For every copy of execution against lands; For every search; For every copy; For every summons to show cause in interlocutory matter; For every order; For every writ of attachment; and Jury.The volume also provides for the recording of amounts for the consolidated revenue fund, the Home Bailiff’s fees, the Foreign Bailiff’s fees and the Daily totals entered in the Cash Book folios.
