镍基高温合金GH4169具备优异的高温强度和硬度,良好的抗疲劳性能和断裂初性、以及良好的抗氧化性和抗热腐蚀性,被广泛用于制造航空发动机中的涡轮叶片等热端部件。但是该合金切削加工时塑性变形大,导热系数较低,在进行切削加工时的切削力大、切削温度高、刀具磨破损严重,刀具寿命短,属于典型难加工材料。

Nickel-based superalloy GH4169 boasts excellent high-temperature strength and hardness, favorable fatigue resistance and fracture toughness, as well as good oxidation and hot corrosion resistance. It is widely utilized in manufacturing hot-end components such as turbine blades in aeroengines. However, this alloy undergoes significant plastic deformation during cutting, features low thermal conductivity, and encounters high cutting force, elevated cutting temperature, severe tool wear and breakage, as well as short tool service life during machining, thus being classified as a typical difficult-to-machine material.
