RNA-sequencing of goldfish scale in space with or without melatonin. Carassius auratus auratus

The aims of this study is to address the impact of space flight on transcriptome of goldfish scale, a model for investigating the interaction between osteoblast and osteoclast. In addition, the effect of melatonin on osteogenesis were simultaneously evaluated. The datasets are consist of ground control, flight with 1G, flight with microG, and flight with 1G in the presence of melatonin. Total RNA was extracted by using QIAGEN RNeasy mini kit.
