Seurat object with the integrated reference scRNA-Seq dataset of peripheral blood CD4 T lymphocytes.<br>Please use this object as a reference dataset for CD4map R package (https://github.com/kriukovav/CD4map)<br>The integrated dataset consists of new samples (Chudakov lab, to be published), and published data (Stephenson, E., Reynolds, G., Botting, R.A. <i>et al.</i> Single-cell multi-omics analysis of the immune response in COVID-19. <i>Nat Med</i> <b>27</b>, 904–916 (2021). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41591-021-01329-2).<br>Cell barcodes in samples from Stephenson<i> et al.</i> are consistent with the original paper.<br>Seurat metadata includes the most frequent TCR alpha and TCR beta clonotypes in cells.Metadata columns starting with "sortseq_" contain frequencies of the given clonotypes in repertoires of sorted Th subsets from Kasataskaya <i>et al. </i>(Sofya A Kasatskaya, <i>et al. </i>(2020) <b>Functionally specialized human CD4+</b> <b>T-cell subsets express physicochemically distinct TCRs</b> <i>eLife</i> <b>9</b>:e57063. https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.57063)<br>This object is used in this analysis pipeline.
