The table consists of the DAQ output voltages over time for a duration of one period (1/20 s, one imaging frame). Column 1: Time (s), column 2 and 3: modulated sinusoidal wave along the eigen directions in units of Volt, column 4 and 5: Mixed and amplified differential driving voltage applied to the PZT electrodes in units of Volt. The sampling frequency is 200 kHz.

本数据集以表格形式收录了单周期（时长1/20秒，对应一帧成像画面）内随时间变化的数据采集（DAQ）输出电压。表格各列信息如下：第1列为时间（单位：秒）；第2、3列为沿本征方向的调制正弦波电压，单位为伏特；第4、5列为施加于压电陶瓷（PZT）电极的混合放大差分驱动电压，单位为伏特。该数据集的采样频率为200千赫兹。
