台灣糖業公司屏東區處景觀植栽樹種

屏東區處前身屏東總糖廠於85年當時農場課長已嗅出不能只靠砂糖營運收入，利用現有土地運用多角經營方式，當時指示雜作股在萬丹農場讓出一塊農地開始種植苗木並以“創新、求實、開拓、進取”為經營理念，並引進新、優、樹種，在萬丹農場進行撫育栽培。遵循“優留劣汰”的規則。一步一腳印精神，種植面積漸漸擴展開來，演變至今日的景觀股。
銷售對象：
（1）公共工程建設綠帶區(公開招標案)。
（2）一般道路(國道、省道、縣道)等行道樹。
（3）環保林園大道苗木、及平地造林等補植用樹。
（4）零售(住家、廠房景觀設計)。
目前較為暢銷樹種如下：花旗木、黃槐、楓香、樟樹、藍花楹、蒲葵、黃蓮木、黃花風鈴木、桃花心木、紅花風鈴木、青剛櫟、阿勃勒、光臘樹、台灣櫸木、苦楝、大花紫薇、茄苳、鳳凰木、雨豆樹等。

The predecessor of Pingtung District Office was Pingtung General Sugar Factory. In 1996 (the 85th year of the Republic of China), the then Farm Section Chief recognized that the enterprise could not rely solely on sugar sales revenue. Adopting a diversified business model using its existing land, he instructed the Miscellaneous Crops Section to allocate a plot of land from Wandan Farm for seedling cultivation. Following the principle of "retain the excellent and eliminate the inferior" and the spirit of down-to-earth, step-by-step progress, the cultivation area gradually expanded, evolving into today's Landscape Section.

1. Green belt areas of public engineering construction (public bidding projects)
2. Street trees for general roads including national highways, provincial highways and county roads
3. Seedlings for environmental protection forest boulevards and supplementary planting for flat-land afforestation
4. Retail services for landscape design of residences and factories

The currently best-selling tree species include: Pink Shower Tree (Cassia bakeriana), Yellow Senna (Senna surattensis), Formosan Sweetgum (Liquidambar formosana), Camphor Tree (Cinnamomum camphora), Jacaranda (Jacaranda mimosifolia), Chinese Fan Palm (Livistona chinensis), Chinese Pistache (Pistacia chinensis), Yellow Trumpet Tree (Handroanthus chrysanthus), Big-leaf Mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla), Purple Trumpet Tree (Handroanthus impetiginosus), Japanese Blue Oak (Cyclobalanopsis glauca), Golden Shower Tree (Cassia fistula), Chinese Ash (Fraxinus chinensis), Taiwanese Zelkova (Zelkova formosana), Chinaberry (Melia azedarach), Giant Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia speciosa), Bishopswood (Bischofia javanica), Royal Poinciana (Delonix regia), Rain Tree (Samanea saman), etc.
