This dataset collects and counts overdue elevator maintenance data of various elevator maintenance units in Chengdu, aiming to analyze the work quality of each maintenance unit in Chengdu, help each maintenance unit optimize its safety management and staffing arrangements, provide data support for local regulatory authorities to interview and strengthen supervision over maintenance units with "warning" evaluation results, so as to increase daily maintenance frequency and content and reduce elevator safety hazards, and offer data support for relevant personnel to formulate cooperation plans. 1. Data Collection: Collect overdue elevator maintenance-related data of different elevator maintenance units in Chengdu via elevator Internet of Things (IoT) devices and alarm receiving platforms. 2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze and organize the collected raw data to obtain the required fields: maintenance unit, statistical time, region, maintenance type, number of overdue maintenance elevators, and number of involved residential communities. 3. Data Calculation: The proportion of overdue maintenance elevators per unit = Total number of overdue maintenance elevators of the unit throughout the year / Total number of overdue maintenance elevators in the entire city of Chengdu; The proportion of involved residential communities per unit = Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance of the unit throughout the year / Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance in the entire city of Chengdu. Sample data displays the relevant situation of one maintenance unit, and the dataset contains data of multiple maintenance units, with the unit name represented in the form of "(unit name)" in the data fields. 4. Early Warning Evaluation: Use the IF function to conduct graded evaluation on algorithm results. For the proportion of overdue maintenance elevators: IF [0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1], mark evaluation A as "+", IF [proportion > 0.1], mark evaluation A as "-". For the proportion of involved residential communities: IF [0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1], mark evaluation B as "+", IF [proportion > 0.1], mark evaluation B as "-". When both evaluation A and evaluation B are "+", the overall evaluation of the unit is "qualified"; all other situations are evaluated as "warning". For maintenance units with "warning" evaluation results, conduct interviews, strengthen supervision, increase daily maintenance frequency and content, and reduce elevator safety hazards.
