Cotton SE Atlas provides an interactive single-cell, spatial-transcriptomic and spatial-metabolomic map covering callus, globular, torpedo and cotyledonary stages of upland-cotton somatic embryos, enabling query and visualisation of marker-gene expression and metabolite patterns across >13 cell types.
棉花体细胞胚图谱（Cotton SE Atlas）构建了一套交互式单细胞、空间转录组学（spatial transcriptomics）与空间代谢组学（spatial metabolomics）整合图谱，覆盖陆地棉体细胞胚的愈伤组织、球形胚、鱼雷形胚及子叶胚四个发育阶段，可支持对13种以上细胞类型中的标记基因（marker gene）表达模式与代谢物分布模式进行查询与可视化。
