By analyzing the collision intensity values of smart reusable parcels, this dataset monitors the collision status of such parcels during transportation. When the collision intensity exceeds the pre-set warning threshold, corresponding response strategies will be triggered to notify freight companies and relevant responsible parties, enabling timely implementation of preventive measures including shock absorption, unpacking inspection, repacking, or adjustment of transportation routes. 1. Data Source: Collect the mass M of the smart reusable parcel, as well as the three-dimensional acceleration values X, Y, and Z when the parcel experiences a collision during transportation. 2. Data Processing: Combine the adjustment coefficient A for specific transported items and the collision warning threshold to analyze the collision intensity value throughout the entire transportation process, using the following formula: Collision Intensity Value = A × M × √[ (1/N) × Σ( (X_i - x)² + (Y_i - y)² + (Z_i - z)² ) ] Here, N=10, meaning the average value of 10 consecutive sampling points is calculated. The acceleration values X, Y, Z refer to the peak ringing values sampled within a specified period after the parcel collides, while x, y, z refer to the average ringing values sampled within the same period following the collision. Both the adjustment coefficient A and the collision warning threshold correspond to specific transported goods. A higher A value corresponds to a lower collision warning threshold, indicating that the items are more susceptible to damage; conversely, a lower A value corresponds to a higher collision warning threshold, indicating that the items are less likely to be damaged. 3. Data Application: Perform real-time background monitoring of the collision intensity values during commodity transportation. Utilize algorithm models to instantly calculate the collision intensity value under the current transportation status, and compare it with the pre-configured warning threshold. When the collision intensity value exceeds the warning threshold, the system will automatically trigger an early warning notification to promptly inform freight companies and relevant responsible parties, so that preventive measures such as shock absorption, unpacking inspection, repacking, or adjustment of transportation routes can be taken in a timely manner.
