This dataset performs statistical analysis on comprehensive service evaluation data of partner service providers within Jining City. Based on the service evaluations of historically partnered enterprises, service tags are developed for enterprises to define their service levels, providing data support for enterprises with excellent service capabilities in Jining. By tracking the service evaluation status of enterprises through the collected data, differentiated cooperation strategies are formulated: enterprises with good service evaluations will be granted more cooperation opportunities and tailored strategies, those with poor evaluations will receive assessments, and unqualified enterprises will have their cooperation terminated. This helps enterprises accurately grasp market dynamics, improve customer satisfaction and competitiveness, and recommend high-quality service providers to clients. 1. Data Collection: Collect comprehensive information and service evaluation records of service providers via system entry. 2. Data Processing: - Evaluation Score: 3 points if the positive review ratio is 90%–100%; 2 points if 80% ≤ positive review ratio < 90%; 1 point if 60% ≤ positive review ratio < 80%; 0 points if positive review ratio < 60%. - Total Evaluation Score: 3 points if an enterprise's positive review ratio is higher than the overall average positive review ratio; 2 points if equal to the overall average positive review ratio; 1 point if lower than the overall average positive review ratio. - Ranking Score: 3 points for ranking 1–100; 2 points for ranking 101–200; 1 point for ranking 201–300; 0 points for ranking below 300. - Comprehensive Score = Evaluation Score + Total Evaluation Score + Ranking Score. - Service Level Classification: Level A for 8–9 points; Level B for 6–7 points; Level C for 4–5 points; Level D for 2–3 points; Level E for scores below 2. 3.
