政府資助國家核心科技研究計畫安全管制作業手冊

政府所資助之科技研究計畫如經認定屬於國家核心科技研究計畫，政府資助機關應依本手冊規定，於其資助合約中載明該計畫係屬國家核心科技研究計畫，並辦理相關安全管制事宜。

For government-funded scientific and technological research projects that are identified as national core scientific and technological research projects, the government funding authorities shall, in accordance with the provisions of this manual, specify in their funding contracts that such projects are national core scientific and technological research projects and handle relevant security control matters.
