The complete Shovkovyy LADV Instrument — seventeen scored items across four theoretical lenses (Legitimacy, Accountability, Discretion, Value), plus one exploratory item testing deliberative-legitimacy input — for assessing the institutional legitimacy of AI systems operating inside or alongside public institutions. Each item is scored on a five-point scale with defined anchors.
