Dataset for Comet.Photos: Rosetta - Comet 67P

Comet.Photos is an application for rapid spatial searches of images from solar system missions (See https://github.com/comet-dot-photos/comet-dot-photos). This dataset provides images from the Rosetta mission to Comet 67P. The Rosetta dataset can be downloaded and installed separately from the Comet.Photos software. To do so, place this file in your Comet.Photos folder and extract the files. After this you can delete the tar file. Next time that Comet.Photos is restarted it will load this data. This dataset includes images taken by Rosetta's Narrow Angle Camera (NAC), Wide Angle Camera (WAC), and Navigation Camera (NavCam) of Comet P67, as well as a 3D shape model of the comet, image metadata and a visibility table which are all used by the Comet.Photos software. Note: This version of the tar file includes both the rosetta comet data, plus regression test data to validate the installation.
