The distinction of Inflammatory cytokines in endometrial secretions during Ovarian stimulation in IVF

In a prospective cohort study, 51 women carrying out IVF who met the inclusion criteria were elected for this study. All the patients underwent endometrial secretion aspiration on the day of oocyte retrieval. The levels of IL1-RA, IL-6, IL1-α, IL1-β, VEGF were detested by Luminex system.

本研究为一项前瞻性队列研究，共纳入51名符合纳入标准的接受体外受精（In Vitro Fertilization，IVF）的女性。所有受试者均在取卵日接受子宫内膜分泌物抽吸术。采用Luminex系统检测了样本中白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂（Interleukin 1 Receptor Antagonist，IL1-RA）、白细胞介素6（Interleukin 6，IL-6）、白细胞介素1α（Interleukin 1α，IL1-α）、白细胞介素1β（Interleukin 1β，IL1-β）以及血管内皮生长因子（Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor，VEGF）的水平。
