湖南省1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1991年）包括湖南省1991年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
The 1:4,000,000 County-level Administrative Division Dataset of Hunan Province (1991) includes two parts: the county-level administrative division data of Hunan Province in 1991 and the data on the resident locations of county-level administrative units. The county-level administrative division data covers information such as the names, pinyin, administrative division codes and historical changes of county-level administrative units. The resident location data includes the location information of the residences of county-level administrative units, as well as their administrative levels and historical changes.
