Dataset on nematode assemblages within different ecosystems in the Del Agua National Park in Costa Rica.

This dataset comprises a csv table (supplementary material) with the abundance of each genus identified in the five replicates of each of the 20 nematode assemblages sampled in the Del Agua National Park in Costa Rica. Abundance was extrapolated after counting the total number of nematodes in the sample and identify about a 20% of them to genus.
