<br> The DNA of mononuclear cells from the peripheral blood of patients, infected or not by HPV, were extracted by DNAzol (R), the promoter region of the TAP2 gene was amplified with specific primers by conventional PCR and sequenced to detect the rs1800454 polymorphism, generating chromatograms through of the ABI3500 Genetic analyzer platform

本研究采用DNAzol (R)试剂，提取HPV感染与未感染患者外周血单个核细胞的基因组DNA；随后使用特异性引物，通过常规聚合酶链式反应（PCR）扩增TAP2基因的启动子区域；继而利用ABI3500基因分析仪（ABI3500 Genetic Analyzer）平台进行测序以检测rs1800454多态性，最终通过该平台生成测序色谱图。
