Started form theoffice buildings and deposited the QMC S200 static recordersadjacent to the orangery. Then along the path to the old oakand left to a clearing on the edge of the wood where the TascamDR05 was located. The I followed the edge of the wood back to theremains of the house, along the main track to the quarry, then leftalong a grass track skirting the quarry. Went up into the woodwell under the canopy, re-emerging a little further along the grasstrack. A glade opened into the wood where a Barbastelle was heard clearly and a couple of very faint passes when tuned to 35kHz butnot seen on the display. Then went further into the wood to meet the others at the old oak and retrieved the Tascam. Went back via theorangery to retrieve the S200.QMC S100 records into a single .wav file which is then split into individual files using Audacity, and theses files are renamed consistently using Bulk Rename Utility.
