Bovine ear tissue, rumen fluid sample, and mock community raw sequence reads

This study aimed to identify recognition sites and sequencing biases of two Oxford Nanopore sequencing kits (ligase-based and transposase-based) using the bovine ear tissue samples. The microbiome and methylation profile variations of the two Oxford Nanopore library preparation kits (ligase-based and transposase-based) were identified using bovine rumen fluid samples and mock community samples.
