The submitted dataset includes two hapmap genotype files for milk yield (my.hmp) and other milk production traits (rest.hmp) respectively and one phenotype file (phenodata.xlsx) with two sheets (for milk yield and rest of the traits) related to GWAS for milk production traits in Sahiwal cattle. The association between genome-wide SNPs and traits were determined using compressed mixed linear model using GAPIT software.

本提交数据集包含两份分别针对产奶量与其他产奶性状的单倍型图谱（hapmap）基因型文件（分别为my.hmp与rest.hmp），以及一份含两个工作表的表型文件phenodata.xlsx；该文件涵盖萨希瓦尔牛（Sahiwal cattle）产奶性状全基因组关联分析（Genome-Wide Association Study，GWAS）所需的产奶量及其余产奶性状数据。本研究采用GAPIT软件，通过压缩混合线性模型（compressed mixed linear model），对全基因组单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms，SNPs）与目标性状间的关联进行了鉴定分析。
