transcriptomic comparison of CpG and MPL treatment in bone marrow derived dendritic cells (BMDC)

We report the comparison of TLR9 agonist CpG and TLR4 agonist MPL alone and in combination on the gene expression patterns in murine BMDC Overall design: We analyze BMDC preparations treated with media (control), CpG at 0.2 µg/ml, MPL at 0.01 µg/ml or a combination of CpG+MPL at 0.2 µg/ml and 0.01 µg/ml (CpG+MPL hi) and CpG+MPL at 0.1 µg/ml + 0.005 µg/ml (CpG+MPL low). Each replicate is a BMDC preparation from a different mouse.
