Skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog: SPSS data

This dataset contains all SPSS mixed-model analysis used in the manuscript <br> <strong>The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy</strong> <br> Included are: 1) SPSS data documents (holding all raw quantitaitve data) for longitudinal vastus lateralis (with and without samples with evidence of iatrogenic injury) and post-mortem muscles 2) Corresponding output documents for each specific statistical test. 3) A single .pzfx (graphpad prism) file containing all Holm-Sidak multiple comparisons correction data 4) A data key file containing a key to all variable names and sample names used in these analyses <br>

本数据集涵盖发表于论文《杜氏肌营养不良症DE50-MD犬模型的骨骼肌表型》（原英文标题：The skeletal muscle phenotype of the DE50-MD dog model of Duchenne muscular dystrophy）的全部SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)混合模型分析相关数据。
具体包含内容如下：
1) 存储所有原始定量数据的SPSS数据文档，覆盖纵向股外侧肌（含存在医源性损伤证据的样本与无此类损伤的样本）及死后肌肉组织的相关数据；
2) 每项指定统计检验对应的结果输出文档；
3) 一份.pzfx格式文件（GraphPad Prism专用文件），内含全部Holm-Sidak多重比较校正数据；
4) 一份数据关键字文档，列明本次分析中使用的所有变量名与样本名的对应关系。
