Raw Data_Development Status of Young New Farmers from the Perspective of Vocational Ability

The dataset, "Raw Data_Development Status of Young New Farmers from the Perspective of Vocational Ability," was collected from young farmers across 21 cities in Guangdong Province, China. The data was gathered through a combination of in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys conducted between July and August 2023 and July 2024. After excluding invalid responses, a total of 302 valid questionnaires were included in the analysis. This study investigates the vocational abilities of young farmers, focusing on three key dimensions: professional skills, general competencies, and core capabilities. The dataset offers valuable insights into the factors that influence the career development of young agricultural professionals and the strategies needed to enhance their vocational abilities. It contributes to understanding how vocational abilities impact the sustainable development of new-generation farmers and rural revitalization efforts.

《职业能力视角下青年新型农民发展现状原始数据》（Raw Data_Development Status of Young New Farmers from the Perspective of Vocational Ability）数据集采集自中国广东省21个地市的青年农民。数据采集工作于2023年7月至8月、2024年7月期间开展，采用深度访谈与问卷调查相结合的方式完成。经剔除无效问卷后，最终纳入分析的有效问卷共302份。依托该数据集开展的研究围绕青年农民职业能力展开，聚焦三大核心维度：专业技能、通用胜任力与核心能力。本数据集可为探析青年农业从业者职业发展的影响因素，以及优化其职业能力提升路径提供重要参考，有助于深入理解职业能力对新一代农民可持续发展及乡村振兴实践的影响作用。
